For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the space where people and technology meet. With a background in Organizational Psychology and more than a decade leading product teams in HR Tech, my work has always been about one thing: helping people reach their potential through technology.

For years, I did that at scale by building recruitment and learning platforms that helped people find meaningful work and grow in their roles.
But over time, I began to notice a gap. Custom technology was mostly reserved for large companies with big budgets, while small businesses and local entrepreneurs were left to rely on generic tools that rarely solved their real problems.
